well i dunno about that other crap but a year or so ago i benched 260 three times. for my hieght and weight (5'8" 165)thats better then avge. i only know this becayse my cousin is a persoanl trainer for golds gym and i was playin around on his stuff. i dont lift or anything, just work but he says w/ a reg. routine i could easily bench more.he syas ide need to be shown a moreproper technique???.....i dunno much about it though

i can only max out benching at like 180 but i can leg press 600 pretty easlily because im a runner

Bench- 215( that was back in june).
The rest I dont know.
But, a kid at my school got second in the world in lifting, and he weighs 130 and benched 260.
