my g/f isnt real happy about it. she thinks its ugly. ill post a pic a little later.mod. 7 350 mag. im pretty happy w/ it. ill shoot her tomarow and see what load tinkering ill need to do

its my third one. i also have 3 35 whelens. if you were a tracker you might understand. when you jump a 250 lb plus buck up in the nastiest densest cover ever and stuff a bullet up hyis hiney hole. yea, youll want a big heavy bullt to anchor them on the spot. need somethin that holds together makes a hole and penitrates and w/ marginal shots all that energy works great to give you a chance to stuff another one in him. the 3006's we used for a long time and they work well too but i prefer 35 cals. also up here moose black bear ......pretty much anythng youd shoot w/ any other caliber. i have some sweet 158 gr handloads for chucks and yotes and crows for my 350's. low cost plinkin. plus i like the bang flop dead factor

Im not going to lie i did consider a 350 Rem Mag but didnt get it. I have a 300 WSM and a 338 Ultra Mag. I have no problem taking those marginal shots with my 300 WSM. Some goot 180gr Barnes TSX go right through a deer from front to back and break the shoulder on the way out. I take the 338 to Canada with me as a backup gun. I had a 300 Weatherby also but just sold it a few weeks ago.

i like barnes bullets as well. great weight ret. and expansion and penitration. i culd have gotten the 300wsm in the mod 7 also but i have had such great success w/ the 350 and i like the bigger bore and more frontal area then the 300s. plus i lie the little bit slower velocity. max distance for any shot up here is about 100 yds. i dont use scopes either. they are all iron sighed or peeps.

lmao im workin on it. i put it on my kitchen table and took a pic a few minutes ago and then i came into my computer room and saw that theres no sd card in the camera. my g/f will be home in a half hour or so, she says the sd card is in her purse. paitants boys paitants!!!! there comin there comin
