This 4th of July for me blows, just as always. We don't even have firecrackers. My dad didn't buy any fireworks.

Last year my uncle bought fire worksfor the 4th.:D He is a trucker and goes to a bunch of states and buy them through the year:D, but this year he did'nt come.:(So it was pretty boring.[:'(]

I had work all night.[:@]Ohh well there was a very light rain and we were really slow so i went out in the parking lot andplayed on the Busa for like 2 hours and got payed for it.

Mine was ok... nothing rediculously memorable. Had someone get pinned under a car after their jack kicked out just before the start of the parade, so I was in full dress uniform then covered in dirt, blood, etc. So marching was out of the question, so I hitched a ride with one of the other fire deparments and skipped the parade. Instead I got to spend time with my parents which was really nice. :)

That's good that you got to spend some time with your parents. I see my mom all the time. It would be very hard to not be able to see her as much as I do. We've always been as much sisters as mother and daughter. Except your sister doesn't beat you when you're bad. Now that we're the same size we even steal each others clothes. Well borrow really.

We went down to see the fireworks last night. Fantastic display. Miriam was not very impressed though. :) She also decided she was hungry in the middle of it. Daddy always holds her when we go out, but she started making noises and looking at me so we knew. I've done this lots of times with people around so I have the system down. ;) They just built the new bridge and there's a broad railing between the street and sidewalk so it's comfy to sit on. (They close off the streets all around to traffic.)

I hope everyone had a good time during the holiday. Some jerk in our neighborhood was setting them off at 2 AM and woke us up.Luckily we were able to cuddle Miriam back to sleep so not much harm done. She's a really good naturedkid.

I'm sorry. I know I tend to babble, but we're all friends here, aren't we?

LMAO, yeah... no DUIs. I don't watch 24 either, so I really don't know what you're talking about, but I'll laugh anyway :D
