for bass all year i use a weightless texas rigged rubber worms usually paddle tails or a culprit. there extremely simple and weedless not to mention deadly. the bueaty of the gary yamamoto paddletail is it can be fished as a top water buzzbait too w/ out changing anything. my fav colors are pumkinseed and watermelon they seem to work in almost any water color, atleast up here it seems

for brown trout and salmon we use barnes specials, hornbergs and muddler minnows quite a bit unless we are trlling then we use tandom flys in a joes smelt, black and grey ghost or a nine-three usually all w/ a 6wt sinking tip or full sink. nights when theres a good hatch we swap reels and use a 5wt floating line w/ a hornberg as our primary fly

ok! one of my personal favorites. one good thing bout bass, is they will eat darn near anything.

1) plastic worms. you can never go wrong with them, BUT it takes a bit of getting use to to know when to set the hook on that one.

2) crankbaits. probably one of the most effective lures, depending on the time of year and time of day.

3) spinnerbaits, usually catches lots of fish and bigger ones at that. also a good way to cover alot of water fairly quick

4) spoons, are also an effective thing to use on bass.

5) subwarts, it is probably my personal favorite to use with bass.

6) top water plugs, probably me second favorite to use. however it does take practice to get it right.

good luck! ;)
