Look if you want a cellphone go get yourself a prepaid phone that you can pick up at any Walmart. I got a Virgin Mobile and it works great a 90$ top-up card (its a card to put minutes on your phone) last me about 1-1/2 months. Picture/video phone just like all the others. No monthly fees, you can download ringtones and it will deduct minutes from the phone same with texting. I download like 3 songs a month and text like crazy so you should be good with this.

i think having strict parents is way better than not strict parents
i mean like for later times in life i will like make you better person or something and not be a spoiled and get everhuything you want
