anybody plant food plots?

i was just wondering if you guys plant food plots and how ya plant them and what you plant.

We usually disc up the ground and we throw the seed on the ground. We plant winter wheat.

hnt24.7 and I are working on one, but we have just plowed it, and we still need to disc and harrow it, then plant it, so we are not to far along yet.
