yeah realy, guys dont hide some things, we may hide sorrow but happiness or likeing people we dont hide, cause we are the ones who normally have to anitiative, but it sucks when your a guy with low self-esteem or a fear of rejection to stick their necks that far out

well if you were talking to girls for as many times as you watched the patriot you caould have 500 new girls that are friends or possibly a girl friend!

guys i do have a question for you! why exactly do you fear rejection so much???? she says no, then cant you just chalk it up as experiance and start talking to another girl. honestly you know they wont all say no!

i dont know why i fear it, maybe cause i, for some reason, work myself up in their friendship and then i dont want to lose the friendship or make it acword to be around them, but hey, if i see the girl i have my eye on tomorrow, im gonna ask her to Prom

Exactly ^!!!! Huntnteen hit it straight on the head. And i've been rejected quite a bit in my life and it hurts. Also i blamed getting rejected before on me being fat, well i can't blame getting rejected on that. If i get rejected now it's because of my personality.

well AH at least you dont have to deal with them pronounceing their love for some guy who lives in a diffferent state. the girl who i was going to ask out to prom just did that, ugh, maybe she will go as friends im confused and not even sure if im going anymore..............

I never went to prom. went to 1 homecoming and 1 winter formal. It is boring and embarrassing going by yourself.

alright guys im just going to say this take it for what its worth! i really dont think there is one guy that hasent been rejected at least once!

secondly AH, if they dont go out wioth you or turn you down it might not have anything to do with personality! i wasnt going to go here but hey you guys need examples! the girl im basically dateing now.....i asked her out, she said she couldnt yet, i just said ok but at least we can still be friends right?! (keep in mind most guys storm off or get pissed after they say no) she told me the reason that she said no now was because she just got dumped after a year and a half relationship! (keep in mind she doesnt go to my school and i have only seen her once but talked to her alot since i met her and ASKED FOR HER NUMBER!!!!) after i spent the whole weekend with her, she told me she never thought she could start to get over him so fast and asked me to wait for her to be ready to date againunlessi felt like she was holding me back!

its not always persanality guys! give things time! you can do it!

Huntnteen, dont not ask the girl to prom cause she loves someone from a different state! go as friends then and make sure she knows that, she will respect that and remember that! if she turns you down its ONLY cause she is doing it out of respect for her guy out of state or cause he is coming to go with her!

well for me its been personality and the fact that im big with most of them, hell i had a girl flat out tell me she wouldnt go out with me cause im fat well i made that friendship weird cause i couldnt hold back and called her a shallow b****, still hang out with her almost everyday at school still
