RE: choke for trap shooting?

I dont know if your gun wil be fine or not. BUt i know a guy who shto his on a regular basis without a choke and it messed the threads up so bad that with the extra tight constriction of a turkey choke and the power of the loads it ripped the choke right out of the gun. I know he used a mod choke sometimes and never had a problem with a mod choke for hunting rabbits and squirrels but with the xtra full it made a difference!

I dont knwo for sure. I know he had shot prob over 1000 rounds out of his gun. The only way your gonna know for sure is to try it.

I would try a trap load first and see if it starts to feel loose from that before going to a full power load.

You could alleviate any concern by having a gunsmith just take a look at it.
