What i never will forget will the many times hunting and fishing with my best buddy growing up from 4 years old till this past summer....when he died in a accident...
I'll always remember him shooting is first dove as we walked back in to this tiny winter wheat field and the dove was flying from left to right he shot two times and just bearly killed the dove...
One time when we where still to young to hunt we where out swimming in the creek outside town also fishing we used to always play in the rocks that where in the bottom of the creek there and we where picking up rocks out of the water and throwing them up towards shore trying to make the hole deeper...he reaches down and pulls up a Catfish skull that someone had throw off the bridge and it had sunk to the bottom of the creek there....
I may forget my first memorys but i will never forget the memorys i have of him.....

I can relate to drake. I will always remember my friends who have died in my almost 25 years of life. Not as so of their deaths because that is a very negative things but i will rememeber them as they were and our memories together.

aside from probably a hundred memories I keep deer ( no pun intended) to my heart, the one thing I will never forget is the look on this old war vet's face when I thanked him for my freedom. We soon became close freinds until his death on 4-1-95. He was a quiet man with a huge heart, he was a normandy surviver who never talked about it! the only ting he would say was " we left a lot of good men there and I left half of my soul" that touched me more than anything I've ever experienced. so for George thank god for yur freedom and that you are AMERICAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
