i would love to have one, but the initial cost of any diesel truck with any sort of semi-low mileage is too expensive for me.

i would not buy a diesel that old. sure diesels run for many miles on the newer models but i would be weary of one that old.

Even though the prices of diesel are going up, it's still a good decision to buy a diesel truck. They not only look really hot, but they DO last forever. Diesels are just starting to get broken in at 100K.

I will be getting an 1987 Ford F250 Diesel. My dad bought it for work and next year he will be getting a new truck so I will get that one. It has a totally rebuilt engine and is in great condition. Nothin runs like a diesel.

They're too loud for me.

I prefer my hunting trucks to be quiet so if I have to drive any distance in the woods in the early mornings I don't alert the animals.

I have my car to be loud with.

1973 Ford Maverick w/ a 302, pretty sick.

Washington Hunter... Me and my dad are building a 71 maverick with a 351 windsor 4.11 gears and tubbed out 15 inches with 4 inch tires on the front its sweet.

My neighbor had a 96 ford f-350 dually 4 door pickup that had the 7.3 liter diesel in it. It had 356,000 miles and he never had one problem with it. He drove it for 2 years and just bought a 2003 F-350 with a 7.3 power stroke. If your buying a truck id only buy the best and thats....FORD

I am saving my money so that i can hopefully get one before I go to college. It would be more ideal for me with the amount of miles I drive hunting and working
