Anyone caught any decent fish yet?
 

I havent caught a thing yet, but i havent really been trying. Next weekend im goin after some rainbows.


I dont know why i put the sheep there, but i like it.:D

Browns were biting really well before turkey season. I caught quite a few that were anywhere from 3 - 5 pounds.

Y'all aren't catching fish because you haven't learned to hold your mouth right when you're out on the water.

Get that down and you'll catch them no problem.

This isn't recent...from the 2nd week of March, but I figure it's even picked up some since then.

Few 3 lb. bass and smaller, then last week i went after some sand bass(which accordiing to my friend were biting like crazy)and caught 2 small ones. Thats about it. I still have a week and a half of turkey season left then it's hard core fishin time.

i wont be able to go fishing till july. i am in the process of moving back to MO from PA. Once i am in PA me and a friend are going on a week long river smallie trip with some pond largmouth and some trout at bennett springs....cant wait and will post pics once it happens

I've been catching alot. Caught prob 15 trout so far and the seasons young. Have 5 in the fridge right now soaking in salt water to fry up tomorrow. Been killing bluegail as well as bass and crappie also. Season started out kind of slow but is really picking up and quick at that for me also.

I caught some of the nicest catfish I have ever landed a week ago. They are, to me more fun to catch than any fish species.

FroMan....it will be in Springfield!!! Thats where i was born and raised. My cousins ans relatives own a bunch of land near Pleasant Hope! I will be going there for college. MSU for wildlife managment and conservation!

well iw ent to this park this weekend to do somthin for my school and they had a pond there and we didnt know so me and a few friends went around the edge and found some line and a hook and caught 6 crappie that day plus one with my bare hands now that was cool it was just like noodlin for catfish except with my finger and i caught a bass and the second day we caught 8 more crappie and a bass keep in mind we had no pole just a hook line and worms lol ghetto fishin

i caught a 21.10 lbs and 17.9 lbschinook salmon last saterday, and a little 3.8 lbs coho salmon. the 20 pounder took half an hour to get into the boat, but it was awesome

been catching an unbelievable amount of fish.
1st is a Northern Pike. 40" 14.5 lns.
2nd is a Largemouth Bass. 19" 3.25 lbs.
3rd are some Crappies. This is only 4 of about 20 I caught.

I know the pike might not be huge to people how fish on the big lakes. And the bass isn't no huge southern giant. For a little lake up in Michigan, I am very proud of that pike!

where i go to college they have two little ponds and couple of my buddies and i all caught bass over 3 pounds one being 4 pounds....so for a little run down lake for our college that is awesome

I've really gotten into monster gills at some of the local lakes around here... so big your hand is streched all the way out just to get the hook out....

All is good here. Went fishing 2 nights ago for Bluecats,and I got this one weighing in at 22 lbs 36" long. Last night the guys went without me and got one that weighed 27 lbs 40 ". We will see what thursday night will bring in.

those are some nice fish josh, if you go fishing in Lake Erie that is usually maybe just a little bigger than the average size fish. bass started on june 1st, i can't wait to get out there. i am currently walleye, salmon and perch fishing

I jus got back from walleye and trout fishen in kentucky. We fished lake cumberland and the cumberland river. Caught one nice 3lb walleye and so many trout i lost count it was a great trip.

haven't really been to much rivers been to high. a couple buddies cuaght a 27# asian carp on bank pole, handlinin we aint had to much luck, just 2 to 5 pound channels is all we have been catchin. hopefully it will pick up, i have heard good storyies of ppl, catchin nice size channels and flatheads, so willl see, good luck

way out in pa me and my friend caught some good fish. snagged 3 bluegills, 14 sunnies, 2 gianourmous carp, and a few small bass. we measured the second carp i caught. it was 4 and a half inches wide and 23 inches long. it weighed a good5-6 pounds!
