Buck Fever
 

Wow my first buck was opening day my first time hunting ever and wow when i saw that deer come off that hill and sniff the apples i left for that gourges buck wow did my heart ever start a pumpin....the ardenalin wow it was amazing.i didnt ever hear my gun go off and i didnt feel the kick wow what a great feeling..now i get exited just watching deer in the feilds.i cant wait till next deer season....

ive shot deer two so far and both times my heart didnt start pumpin hard until after i shot. i stayed really calm while i was waiting for a shot, but after the shot i was shaking and couldnt talk or anything. its a great experience!

well i shot my deer opening day and that was my firsrt EVER time hunting....

ive been hunting for 6 years , and have shot over 25 deer and i still get the fever , even when just a group of doe and fawns come in i will catch my toes clentching and my heart racing , you will never shake the feeling , and on the buck i shot this year , i saw him just as shooting light was about to fade , and luckily he came in just in time for a shot , but i shook the entire time he was coming in , and after the shot i had no choice but to hang up my bow and sit down , i even had to hold onto an overhead branch at some points because i was so excited.... such an awesome high!

I dont know about the rest of you... but when im hunting i dont get excited till after the shot. I start shaking so much the whole tree stand moves :D

I start shaken when that first deer comes out but i usually can calm myself down so i can take the shot then i really start shaken.

I remember when i shot my first elk i got the first shot off but there was no chance for another shot because i thought i might have shook the sights off my scope all to crap i was so excited.
