Weather forcast is calling for 1-3 inches of snow for northern wisconsin. Great for deer hunting and tracking, since I'm such a lowsy shot. LOL

Don't know about the rest of you guys but i'm off wed, thur, fri for TURKEY day!!! How about you??

I'm skipping school tommorrow (Wed) so we can leave and head up to the UP for a 5 day trip through Sunday. These are the only 5 days a year I get to hunt in so I try to make the most of it. I'll post pics on Monday.....hopefully!;)

i went on a hunting trip up north and the warmest it got was -20 (wind chill included)and we had to go across a lake to get to our cabin and the wave on the lake were 2 feet, it was pitch black and there was snow and hail, and it was freakin cold.

At home we have 5 inches of snow, and so far its not too cold, the coldest i think has been -10.

hi im new here, my name is DJ and i live in columbus ohio i hunt down in scioto where my uncle has some land.
Right now its snowing hopefully its snowing in scioto,i want there to be some snow on the ground becuz u can see good.

welcome to all those new. Happy Thanksgiving to all ( a few hrs. late (12:21 am)).

we just got a foot of snow in less than 2 days, here in PA. and we're supposed to get more.

We got some snow, but it melted in the afternoon on thanxgiving. We are supposed to get 3 inches tonight, and the bad part is thats when we are going to leave to go up north hunting. With even more expected at our destination!! I can tell that everyone is hunting becasue I have been the only person on this forum for about an hour or so. GOOD LUCK!!

Hi all,

Went out hunting the last day of Wisconsin's gun deer season, and got skunked. I think that I'll hit the T-Zone up here in the beginning of December.

Hope all of you recovered from the tanksgiving feasts. It's hard to go back to school after a 5 day weekend, but x-mas vacation is close.

We are getting some really weird weather up here, friday night it snowed about 3 inches and then sunday, all through today it has been raining and thunder stormning!! Pretty freaky ehh? Talk to ya all later

Why I dislike wardens,
One day, when we were out duck hunting, my dad and I were having a nice bonding experience....... When we finally got our limit and headed in. Ok, this is where you think i'm lying. He stopped us and had to check every possible law about hunting ever imagined. Had to check every duck we shot, the bullets, all of our stuff that may have contained lead shot, made us take apart our gun to show him that we could?? and to see if it was configured to only hold 3 shells. He was just a pain in the you know what!! Finally after about an hour of screwing around with that he let us go. So that my friends, that is why I don't like wardens.

Hi all,
Well it kinda sucks that most of the hunting season is over. know I get to look forward to ice fishing and spring turkey hunts!!! I use the off season to brush up on hunting skills, target the rifle, shotgun, etc.

It's official, 12 school days until X-mas break. Up here by me, we only get off the day before Christmas eve, and have to go back when all of the football bowl games are on, which really sucks.

We are supposed to get dumped on with snow tonight, and I am hoping for a snow day. About 1/2 foot expected, added on to our 5 inches will be fun snow boarding and skiing. Talk to ya all later
