When's your season start?

I was just wondering when everyones season started. Ours starts oct 1 for archery. I wanted to know so i know how soon to try to get a official score thread at the top. So fill me in fella's. Whens ur season start?

September 1st is our archery opener.

Archery starts in Kansas the first week of October. Rifle season doesn't start until the first Wednesday of December, BUT there is a special Youth Weekend the last weekend of September so I get first crack at them! Unfortunately, the big bucks don't move much that early if it is hot but I have shot a buck each of the last three Youth Weekends.

Yeah, I love having such an early season like this. In September I mainly use that season to scout out the local bucks. Hunting the edges of the alfalfa fields gives me a good idea of the size of the bucks in the area.

If I don't get one in September we've got the November/December late season which runs concurrent with the 2nd rut.

October 1st is the first day of archery season which runs until january 31 in Ohio i wish it would start in september but the bucks don't seem to move around much here until mid september

my bow season in ky opens Sept. 3rd. i can't wait!!!!
