well, if it was me, i wouldnt put up with it at all. i dont take s*** very well, especially from kids like that. since it is ok with ur dad, i would just knock him flat. if you think you can do it, take him alone, if not have ur friend help. make ur shot count. give him a left or a right, or an uppercut, dont hit him in the back of the head, or crotch hit him, that just makes you a cheap shot. if you hit him hard enough, he'll go down, maybe ull even knock him down for the count. if he gets back up, do it again, until he gets the idea. about getting suspended, dont worry bout it, you sound like a smart kid, im sure you can make up an excuse. it aint as bad as it seems anyhow, ive been suspended twice, neither time it wasnt that bad.

i say scr*w the teacher. in high school, i find that teachers dont do much, and it makes you seem like a sissy. just knock him out. :D

how bout you just try to avoid him and see if one of your friends can bring you home..or walk home, you don't wanna start a war with somone who is bigger and older than you. and i don't know to many people who back down when you get in there face...especially when your smaller. think about it...if you humiliate this guy, which there would only be a small chance that you would...hes going to have to redeem himself. it will just get out of hand and turn into one big mess. just avoid it, let him know you don't approve, but don't just smack him.

if he smacks him hard enoguh, hell get the idea, and lay off. if not, he can smacke him again and keep repeating this process until the kid gets the idea.

so your saying, that you would smack me if i was pickin on you...even though im probably 2x your size, and older.. all i know, is that you would not even try it, and if you did, i would just crush you.. although i wouldn't do that, but taking it into perspective, its not smart.... your a 13 or 14 year old, im 18, im 6'3-4 and 220 lbs.. i guarantee you wouldnt hit me...

just be realistic.

read my last few posts. in one i said, "if you think you can do it, take him alone, if not have ur friend help". by saying that i think he knew that if some kid is twice his size, he wouldnt want to go into it alone.

if it was me, and i had to go at it alone, i sure as h**l would put up a good fight, even if in the end i lost. teach him a little something on the way down. :)

Even if your father will back you up you could very easily end up charged with third degree assault.

You double team someone you could get arressted for a gang assault.

Bit of advice unless your ready to kill someone don't get into one.

if you decide that you can only put an end to thisjunk by getting in a fight, then let him throw the first punch. if he hits you or your friend, then tell him not to do it again. if he does it again, step in between him and your friend, and tell him this is his last chance. if he does it again, let him have it. in most schools, and areas you wouldnt get in any trouble if you try it this way. he started it, and you gave him plenty of warning.


well if he decides to play that way, you could charge him with harassment.

do what i did when some kid hit my in the chest. get right up in his face and say dont ever hit me again or i will kick ur butt. the kid never hit me or tried nehting like that again
