Default Should I plow under and reseed?

I've got a very small food plot of white clover and rye growing in marginal soil on my property. Did well last year but was wondering if I should rototiller it back in to enrich the soil and reseed this year or just leave it alone? Any thoughts?

If you leave it alone I would think it will re-seed itsself.

If you leave it alone - the rye will dominate and keep the clover surpressed - untill it dies off in August.

- If you mow, the clover will have a chance to dominate.

How small a plot is it?
