Mixed Food Plot

I want to plant a 2-3 acre food plot on my farm this year for the deer. I plan on using soybean, clover, alfalfa, and some Mossy Oak biologic. I want to mix them all together so there would be a variety of food for the deer. Would this work well or would some of the species of plants not survive this way?

Your first concern should be the location of the food plot. Maybe you already have an ideal spot in mind but I would pick a spot near heavy cover away from any main roads.

As to what to plant; everything you mention is fine but I would plant them separately so that you can see what kind of useage you get more easily.

Plant them seperately, the clover will choke out the soybeans, the biologic might shade out some beans or clover. If you want to try mixing a teacup of each thing together and plant somewhere by itself to see "what you didn't do"..... in a little 10x10 square....
