Home made minerals

Do any of you make your own minerals? I have 3 licks on my property, but it is costing a lot of $ keeping them up. I like the 3 stage minerals, however the cost is not offsetting the benefit. I would be better off spending that money on other managment projects. Thanks for any cheaper ideas.

Check out my post in this forum titled Inexpensive salt recipes. It has many benefits besides just an attractant to the herd and it works great.
