Spring Plot Questions

This year will be my first year of doing some serious food plot work. I have several questions i would love yalls help on. these plots will be in Central Georgia. First off for the spring i would like to plant something to help the herd out, put on better antlers, and draw in deer. I have heard of something called cow peas or iron clay peas is good. for the fall i want to plant biologic clover plus. can i plant the peas in the spring and once they die turn it into a clover plot or do i need 2 different plots. Next i know i will need lime and i was wondering if it is sold in the muscogee county area and if i get it how do you spread it. my last question is has anyone had any experience with plot saver and if it works should i put it on both of these plots untill they get some growth. Thanks for any help or comments.
