What type of clover should I plant in Nebraska - sweet, red , white ????

Here in Louisiana I always plant Crimson clover. It is the cheapest , and as long as you onnoculate it , it does just fine. Have also got it to re-seed and last about 3 years between re-seeding.

The clover type will depend on you soil. The higher quality ladinos will require a heavier soil with a pH value of over 5.5 and some require higher yet. Be sure to follow instructions and don't be in a hurry to fail, do a soil sample.
