A word of warning about hauling bulk lime in a pickup. This stuff is heavy. Don't let them fill up the box, it may come in at about a ton due to its bulk. And air up those back tires before loading. I've been there, done that.

i used a gasoline powered leaf blower while someone else drove the truck around slowly. it's much much easier than the shovel method and leaves absolutely no clumps or streaks.

psandhu - now that's a really neat idea! But....you still will need the cooler.
