Couple ??? About chestnut seedlings
 

Ok I'm a numb nut when it comes to this stuff so hear goes...

I planted about 36 nuts and I have shoot coming up some are about 8-10" and have small little leaves maybe 1/2"... They don't seem to be growing great... Still alive but just stems mostly... Out of all seedlings only 2 have some leaf development ???

I've still got 3 bags of nuts in fridge... All have a radical coming out of nut... Some radicals are just popping out and some are a inch long... My question is can I leave these nuts in fridge till April and plant again in window sil and try again???

Seems like my tree should have leaves by now... I've got me in direct sun light and room stays 70 degrees..

I'm hoping this other batch of nuts will take better...

Anybody have any info for this non green thumb lol
