Default clover food plot

I frost seeded some clover first week of march in central Maine. I have only seen a few starting to come up. Should I be worried? Als?o when should I fertilize it for first time

No, especially if it was a perennial clover like durana or ladino. They are slow to establish. Plots I plant in september ofter do not look like a clover field "should" look for 9 months.
