Shelled Corn Vs. Whole corn
Basically whats the difference between Whole corn and shelled corn ?
I know the shelled corn seems to be the whole corn cob and stock grinded up together and the whole corn is just the corn curnells. If Im correct, I want to know wich one is more effective on Deer and Hog. The shelled corn seems to be what they sell in the Hunting department at stores. |
I would stick with the shelled corn. It will be cheaper and be easier to work with.

Shelled corn is corn kernels only. Nothing is ground up. Whole corn would be whole corn cobs.
Both would work equally as well. Shelled is probably easier and less waste. Not sure about cost. |
Whole corn and shelled corn are the same. Both consist of whole kernels which have been removed (shelled) from the ear. Corn purchased in bags are usually labeled whole corn to differintiate it from cracked corn. Corn with the kernels still on the ear is usually called ear corn.
