i havent seen lunchbucket around here much lately but heres a couple pics of his new seed blend that i planted this spring.

Nice and green. Does it have to be mowed when it gets that high?

the plot is an annual so no mowing is needed.

Are the deer eating it? Most plants get woody after they bloom and set seed.

That' s kind of a dirty trick. Get everybody all worked up wondering, what, when, how, etc. and just leave us hang' n. Maybe Lunchbucket thinks he would be trying to sell his foodplot products on this forum. I would be interested in it, he has always given me good advice and he knows what he' s talking about. the mix has beans,peas,turnips,corn,and buckwheat in it. so far the deer have been hitting it good.not as much as my soy beans. i have 1 acre planted and they have been bedding in it also.i set my camtrakker up on the edge of it the other day so i hope to get some pics this week.
