Brandon,
If you are working on a farm, the farmer is probably one of your best sources for info. If it' s the family farm, better butter up the ' ol man. You may not think he' s hip, but if he' s running a farm in the black, You may never learn all the secrets he knows about the business. If he raises livestock, he knows all about forage. A food plot is nothing but a miniature pasture, but for wild game.

You guys are cruel. LOL

Super duper mixes probably got more than a few people interested in food plots. It takes time to work up to our plot addicted state of mind.

Atleast check your soil ph. The clovers in that mix will be the slowest. The chicory and the annual brassica' s are good performers. It will respond better with plenty of sunshine versus at shady plot. Don' t forget get to lime. Natural products like Aggreene will help also, but quicker.
