We were tlaking about an advertisement heard that said it grew bigger bucks and increased milk production in nursing doe deer.

anyone know the name of this product?

Or do many offer these benefits?

ANY food could make those claims. Just marketing BS.

I still can't find that advertisement, it was on Outdoor Channel which I don't watch except if hutning buddies are over and we put it on for background.

feeds for milk cows can be altered to increase milk etc its a lysine ratio thing, but I had never heard it advertised in food plot and baiting ads before

Feed for dairy cows is balanced by energy, fibers, protein, and minerals. Unless the deer are fenced like dairy cows, it would be difficult to fine tune their rations like a farmer. I agree that it is mostly a marketing claim. If you are on poor soil, liming and fertilizing can get more minerals and food (energy) into the deer. That will improve doe lactation and (slightly) antler mass.
