Default When to start?

I live in eastern NC. I was planning on trying to have some food plots in before the season came in here about a month ago. But I just didn't have the money or time to get them in the ground. The areas are cleared and there is only grass growing in them. I have had a PH test ran also. I would like to spring plant them now. When should i start to put lime out to balance out the PH?

Anytime. Sooner the better. Its not a overthenight occurance, lime takes time to change the ph level.

Very true. The sooner you can apply the lime and work it into the soil, the better.
