Default It pays to shop

I need some generic Round-Up, 2 1/2 gallon jug, to spray some crab grass in some food plots and some cogan grass so I called 4 different farm supply stores. The first one quoted $120, the second one said $74, the third one said $79 and the last one was $60. All of them plus tax. Three of them were the same "brand" and the other I didn't ask.

The price is dropping now. Most everyone is done spraying corn and beans. Always pays to shop, but especially when the price is falling.

That's a pretty wide range of prices! I see the same situation with various things in different seed/feed stores. Does pay to look around first, I agree..
