When to fertilize?

Should it be done with seeding or after it has started to grow, or both. Also what is starter fertilizer. Thanks

It can vary, but usually before planting, or at least at the same time. There are exceptions, such as N for corn is typically applied after the plant is growing.

Biologic green patch plus, also what kind of fertilizer would be best.

When I plant my fall green fields I usually put about 250 pounds per acre of triple 13 and then about 5 weeks later I top the seedlings off with 100 pounds per acre of ammonite, preferably just before a rain.
