can u plant corn with like corn u by in the 50 lbs sack that u feed the deer? i jus planted some like that jus wonderin if it would work?

Yeah you can plant it....trouble is feed corn like your talking about is a Hybrid cross and it will not grow as true as "seed corn" you will get short ones, tall ones, and some that don't form an ear. With that being said, for a food plot people do it quite often or at least once :D

I've had that kind grow on accident (around the bird feeder), but as haystack said, they were short stubby plants that formed a tiny little runt sized ear,pretty funny lookin. If your trying to plant for deer, try field corn.... Or "round-up ready"field corn seedsif you won't be able to keep up on the weeds all summer.
