Last year I planted the Alfa Rack and the deer tore it up....nothing left past December. This year, on the same plot, I turned the soil over a minimum of 3 times, planted 8 rows of corn, 5 rows of sweet beets, and 8 rows of purple top turnip with 4 pounds of alfafa mixed in with the innocualtor. I am waiting to se how the beets, turnip and alfalfa grow all together beside a few strong rows of corn. Im looking for more turkeys next year than deer for early seson.....thats why I planted Chufa Gold for my secret 1/2 acre spot!
