gr8rally, could you post some pictures of your pears and yates apples please. i was planning on getting some of those next year from the wildlife group. how many years did it take to start fruiting and how tall are they now? thank you eric

I planted bartlet and luscious pears and they fruited in 3 years. Both trees are about 10' tall now and had a heavy crop this year. Be careful of the type you plant since they ripen at different times.

i would plant persimon trees, they tend not to fall till season is in, and deer love them

do you want to have food all year round so I would think you should try and get different things for different times of the year right??

I have bigger food plots for all year feeding but I wanted to plant the trees at our smaller kill plot locations. A new item on the buffet.
