Is it to early

I live in Calhoun, IL yesterday afternoon i through out some Turnip, Oats, and Winter Pea, mix and harrowed it in. Was it too soon to plant. I had somebody tell me i was too early.

No you are fine. Some people like to wait until the first of Sept. I don't think two weeks are really going to matter that much. I'm getting mine in on Sunday.
