$10 for 100lbs at the place I stopped at yesterday. Got 1800lbs. God I hate 100lb bags!!!!!!! Some bags were a little dirty.

Place up the rd from there is $11 for 100lbs and $6 for 50lbs but much cleaner and there's young fellas there to load it for ya lol

Today I'm out of options and am forced to buy from southern states at $7 for 50lbs. Plus side is there's pretty girls working there.

Well,,,Guess his is good prices /50lbs clean:

Co-Op $6.50
Local Walmart $7.50
Ace Hardware $8.00

The Co-Op doesn't advertise.
When WM and Ace sold out, hunters found the Co-Op.
Now WM and Ace got plenty that's not selling.

feed corn is NOT illegal in NY, odds are its the most planted type of corn in NY.
NOW baiting with it, MIGHT be pending what where and WHY your putting it out
MOST states DON"T consider standing corn BAIT too, but not 100% sure where NY stands on this
to join pheasants forever/NWTF, you can join online, don't need to have a brand near you to h=get the discounted seeds, BUT will have to go to where ever the nearest place is when the sale happens and pick things up.
I am in PA< and main guy I use is from NJ, 100+ miles away from me, , we have things set up, we meet at a neutral place half way, as he takes orders from several guys near me, making it worth while for him, to drive and help us out!

and yes standing corn makes for great shields and will get deer to enter a food plot way earlier in day time having it about things

for yrs I used to plant a 3 acre plot, do about 50 ft or so all around plot site in corn and then the rest in beans, be amazed how many deer would get into them beans in day time feeling safer with all that standing corn about them, and fast exits into cover if needed, and NO one ever knew I had beans inside too , unless they flew over the plot in a plane or now a days, darn drones??
got one snoopy neighbor now , that is always flying one over head(love to shoot that sucker down LOL) as its very annoying to have it above making the noises it does!
sort of feels like invasion of private spaces too IMO

so in NY - its never OK to feed deer corn - or anything else that isn't a planted food ( or felled trees) . No feeders are legal for deer in or out of season ever. That's all I was trying to say. You could plant feed corn I guess, that's not what I meant though. We can plant corn for deer - and leave it standing - the consensus it that brush hogging it down is illegal to hunt over however.

Salt licks, mineral pits, etc - nope not in NY - not in or out of season never ok.

Whats crazy is its not illegal to sell corn for feeding, or salt blocks or minerals - etc. - just know if you use it, you could get ticketed or worse - in NY.

its sort of the same way here in PA< yet every wally world sells bags of deer corn, knowing its illegal to hunt over it, or to be used to attract deer or bears
ANY sort of baiting is illegal (unless in some special regulation area's where they DID allow, and not sure if still do)
but NO type of bait is legal for hunting in PA either, and corn I am ptretty sure had to be standing and cannot be brush hogged here either, as doing so turns it into baiting!
personally I think corn is better left standing, doesn't get moldy, and well, deer seem to like the cover it provides better than cut corn, which they might ONLY go to in darkness, where standing corn will attract them in day time more often!

BUT as for Feed corn!
many folks still use it legally, ( as well as illegally I am sure), but many use it to feed other things with it that is NOT illegal to do so, like birds, and backyard squirrels and , or pets, from deer to cattle to pens of rabbits and such' so again, LOL
and mean this with no bash or disrespect,, its NOT illegal in NY.
its just illegal maybe to be used to help in hunting, but the corn itself can be sold and planted and used for other things!
