Food Plot

Will corn and clover mix very well this spring? I hoping to plant corn and plant some clover or something near that as some ground cover. Will that work okay? If not, What you do recomdend?
Thanks in advance

RE: Food Plot

Planting corn and clover together kinda defeats the purposes of both. Deer eating the clover will bust the corn stocks.

I would plant separate areas. Different nutrition requirements and after the corn is consumed you would have the rubble in your clover. The shade on the clover wouldn' t be good for the clover also.
