What about the Bio Logic mineral lick. Has anyone used it with good success. I tried it, it never got used. I think the soil was right, it was in the middle of the woods right beside a deer trail, could this be why they didn't visit it?

We tried the deer cocaine and the deer didn't touch it .I don't know what the trick is to get them to use it .

I use it and the deer tear it up. The "trick" is the natural minerals in your soil. If deer can naturally get the minerals they won't pay any attention to the Deer Cocaine. My buddies and I have all had great success with it but I know other folks who put it out and the deer didn't touch it. You just need to buy some and try it.

It isn't a "miracle cure" but I will assure you if your deer need the minerals and nutrients in it, they will literally dig holes in the ground!

We tried a few gallons of the Cocain and the deer dug it up. Dig a hole about 3 feet diameter and a few inches deep. Loosen the soil in the hole and pour in the Cocain. It seems to work best in clay just off of food plots or trails.

I've tried it many times and it has worked great for me. A lot depends on the soil, sandy is not good. I have put it on old oak stumps and the deer have , over a period of 2 years , eaten the stumps and left nothing but a 5 foot hole about 6 inches deep. 1 application is not enough, I do it about every 3 months. Once they find it you will be a believer. I still do not have stock in the company that makes this stuff. <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
