management in wv mountains??

i live here in wv and we all know how mountainous it is around here, soo i was wonderin what kind of crop like stuff could i use without having to carry a plow or such up a mountain??

Im not far from you at all and yes its pretty freaking steep around you:D Best thing would be rye, no plow, throw and grow, ect. You could also plant some apple trees.
