when is to late
 
when would be to late to plant some clover blends in my plot for bow season ive been waiting for an ideal time when there will be rain forcast but there hasnt been any yet whats the longest i can wait before planting?

Its already too late for a fall clover attractant plot in most areas.

Its not to late to PLANT - but its to late if you plan to hunt over it. Unless the soil is exceptional - clover can take 8-10 weeks to establish well enough to support several deer.

Fall planting ( Late August ) with a cereal grain nurse crop is a good option. The Grain is THIS FALL'S attractant - and the clover comes in strong the next couple years after.

im waiting on the rain here in missouri as well. it has been a few weeks of mid to upper 90's every day and no rain in 10 day forecast so i dont know what im going to do. any tips?

Like FH said plant it late aug till mid sept with wheat, oats, or any other cereal grain. The nurse crop will help keep down the weeds and you probably have a great perrenial plot next year.
