Year around Benefit???

What would be the best food source to plant here in Alabama that would be beneficial all year long. Something I can hunt over in Fall and Winter, and benefit the deer in Spring and Summer.

Thanks
Chad

While there is no "magic bullet" I would say that ladino clover is as close as you can get without replanting.

I don't think there is a magic bullet that will fit the need. Honeysuckle might work. I would plant Buck Forage Oats with a white clover overseeded in Sept and then plant either soybeans or Iron Clay Peasin April for the summer.
