Northeast food plot

Hey guys i wanna make a food plot that will really bring the deer in, but heres the problem up here in the northwoods its very thick and i dont have any serious equipment besides a shovel and and some rakes, so I need something that will grow well in any type of soil (acidic or not) and that doesn't require any serious tilling of the ground. I was thinking about some biologic for an archery food plot and for a winter brassicas. Let me know what you think

Clover, Oats, and deer turnips to name a few. Try looking at habitatnow and see what you may want to try. They sell alot of different types of seeds. Also make sure to check with your state laws so as not to plant something that could land you in a mess.
