Default king kutter disc

Have a question about the two bolts that bolts the hitch arms on.Do they get tightened or left alittle loose for pivot?

Default RE: king kutter disc

Tight would be best but, it does not effect the performance of the disc
It will over time cause wear on the bolts and metal.
Make sure the bearings have plenty of greese and the disks are tight
