Plow VS Disk

If you plow you almost have to disk to smooth out the ground afterwards.

Thanks for all the replies. I will get a disk and then maybe go for the plow next year. The ground is pretty rocky here in centeral MO. But the previous owner had a plot of colver that seemed to do well.

If it's too rocky you've just made yourdecision. You'll be breaking points on the plow so the spray and disc is probably your better option. Why not ask your neighbour what he does and maybe if you could rent his plow (if he does plow)? After you break the sod you probably won't need it agian for years.
