You might try spraying pursuit,,Depending on the size oftheragweed plants, Pursuitwill either kill it or stunt and stop it from growing anymore.. Your local Ag-supply should be able to help you as well

RE: HELP!!! Ragweed in my foodplot...

Once ragweed gets ahead - its very tough to kill without killing the crop too. In 2003 - we planted corn (last year of without Roundup Ready corn) - and we could not keep ahead of the ragweed. If your plot looks like this one - there's not much you can do except learn from it.

When you first plant an area - the ragweed might not be very much at all, but each year it gets more and more invasive. The problem is that when it gets to this point - it drops Millions & Millions of seeds - that are just waiting to sprout in years to come. The picture below is from one of our mixed clover plots this year. Itwas planted following two years of Round Up Ready crops - and even after 2 years of spraying - we still have alot of ragweed to deal with. With clover - we control it by mowing - Unfortunately - you cannot mow your plots.

Good luck -
FH

Farm Hunter,
In the top picture it looks like you have a little corn problem in a very healthy ragweed field![8D]
I hope your deer really reallly like ragweed!:)
