Bio Maxx Plot with Pics and Snake
 

We planted this plot about 1 week ago and after a lot of work we also got this irrigation system installed. The day we planted we also put out lime and fertilizer so hopefully we will have a good looking plot. We are drawing the water up the hill from a creek. The first picture is looking from my stand.


And yesterday while watering the plots we ran into thisabout 4 or 5 foot rattle snake. He snuck up on me and was around 6 feet away when i saw him. the only thing i had to kill him was the concrete block you see in the picture.

wish I had water close enough to pump on my plots.they are to dry to do anything with right now.there are plenty of tracks in them,but you can't tell if it's deer, hog, or yotoes.just holes in the sand.

your's looks great. the water should bring it on real soon.

Skin and clean that thing, then cut it up, flour, salt and pepper and fry it up and it taste a lot like tough chicken.

I have two plots that are next to a stream and would be interested in the irrigation system you set up. Is it run by a gas engine pump? How much and how big is the hose you run? What type of sprinkler head do you use?

We are running on a 5.5 hp gas driven pump. we have a 2 inch intake and a 2 inch outake. we have run 2 inch pvc right up till the plot and then reduce to 1 inch. We are running 3 different heads which require various pressure. the first being the lowest so it doesnt take all the pressure from the others. The hardest part is making sure you still have pressure.
