Food Plot Project Updates -
So after my initial post things have been going slowly. Turns out we were having some mechanical problems w/ the plow, so I went out and bought a new disc and plan to use this only for turning the soil. I think this will work fine though and should get the job done nicely.Below is a pic of my new disc.........
It should get the job done, I have multiple railroad ties to put on top of it to add weight. I am using my 29 horse kubota 4wd for this.
Just got the field brushhogged off as well yesterday. I hope to have everything turned and disced up by end of this week. Here is a little pic of the field, it is rather large..........about 140 yards across and 50 yards wide.
I should have more pictures later this week after the disc has been through it all.

A little less than 1.5 acres is a good size plot. On the discing, I would wait till thebushhoged junkdries out to start discing. It will cut up easier. Pull your top link in to get the front disc in the dirt on the fiirst cutting.
