white spots on clover leaves
 
I have found there to be white spots on my clover leaves, is this do to a lack of something in the soil or what?

This time of year its probably leaf hoppers that have sucked on leaves...forget it

Tricky, answerguy.It might be mildew if it looks fungusy.

we get holes, discolored spots, and ragged edgeswhen its dry (all this summer) -

Not sure about "white spots" - post a picture if you can.
