Default ATV Spreader

First all, I'm new. Great site. My question is has anyone used the Moultrie electric feedgate spreader ? Trying to get some input before I buy one. Pros and Cons. Thanks in advance..

I bought the Cabela's version. For what I use it for it works pretty good. I don't like the clamp style wiring for the battery so I am going to hard wire it with a plug.

I too use the Cabela's spreader. Throws 6-7 feet either side of the atv. Make sure you wash it out good after using fertilizer. It is very caustic and cause the metal parts to rust up pretty quickly if you don't. I usually oil mine up before putting it away and wipe it down good before using it. But for the most partthe spreaderis plastic so it is not difficult to clean. It comes with aplate that clamps onto the back of your atv. Very easy to mount and take off.
