apple trees
went out this evening, just looking around at all the blk brry bushes that had sprung up over the spring, until now-wow, but the most stricking thing is that the apple trees were extremly loaded with apples. last year maybe had a dozen on one tree, i lost track today. is it just a year to year thing? (other then open up around then last fall, and during the" mud season" - i havnt done anthing to the trees personally, was going to try pruning them but ran out of time.:( )

RE: apple trees
Apple trees are just like all other trees; they go through cycles of good and poor production. It all depends on weather, type of tree, age of tree, pruning, and other factors. I believe pruning would really help them to produce more, if done correctly.

RE: apple trees
You might need to spray them now for insects, pruning is done in the winter months....
