That second picture does look like he's smiling and the photographer pushed the camera down and cut off the top of his head. At least he didn't blink!!!

Nice pics!

Looks like he is smelling the wood. Is your camera mounted on some type of a home made feeder?

You wanna know what the awesome thing about that buck is?, He can't be more than 3 1/2 years old, and I'd be willing to bet that he's 2 1/2. That's a heck of a rack for a deer that young! In that third picture you really get a good look at his body profile, straight line under the belly, and no loose skin hanging in the front brisket area, this indicates to me that this deer is still young! Don't get me wrong though, if I had a chance at him I'd have to take him because I've never killed anything close to that size, but if I had several trophies already, and was looking to let one walk, he'd be a perfect candidate. Aw heck, enough of my babbling, good luck this season!!!!

Thats a great looking buck......the second picture is awesome, if it had the whole head you could sell it for use in an ad or something.

Good luck tagging that buck!

Great buck! I would let this one stick around, Let him breed for a few more years and get those genes spread around.

Keep hunting and the great out doors alive!

Yeah newbowhuntr, it is strapped to one of the 2x4's on a homemade feeder.

I wish I had gotten the head of the one that thinks its so funny, that would have been a great picture.

I checked my camera this afternoon, and liked 4 pics having a roll taken up, I have it on a trail now instead of the feeder, should have some more ready to post in a few days.

Nice pic Strut! That is a dandy young buck. If I saw one like that this season I don't think that I coud pass him up, however, he is not very heavy. Can you imagine that deer in 1 or 2 years with some more mass and possibly a few more points? WOW! He sure does have some awesome potential and as others have said a mighty nice SMILE! :) Good luck this season!
